Slow loading, freezing or lagging

These types of problems are almost always the result of a poor Internet signal.  We recommend that you view the app using a strong WIFI connection.  We further recommend that you disengage any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) on your device, as they may slow down the speed of your connection.  Also, please make sure your device is supported. See the “Supported devices” for clarification on this.
