Picture distortion - Stretching or compressing

Sometimes your picture may look horizontally compressed in portrait mode, or stretched in landscape mode.  This is actually a problem related to your device, and correcting it is pretty simple.  If the picture looks distorted in either landscape of portrait mode, press the pause button.  Then turn the device 90° to the right, and then back again.  That should solve the problem.
